Same as advertised. Build quality is ok. Easy to use. Comfortable to hold. Vibration is not too strong. It clean my teeth by making lots of bubbles. I use regular toothpaste. Make sure wet the toothbrush before putting in your mouth. It needs water to make bubbles. To clean in the back of my teeth, I use plastic brush head. I also use it as ultra sonic face wash. Love the results on my teeth and my skin. The machine is waterproof, but still be careful not to emerge in water. I recommended this machine to all my friends
